charles broskoski mona lisa

Charles Broskoski’s Mona Lisa is a traditionally dadaesque manipulation of Leonardo da Vinci’s famous painting.

Charle’s combines various collage techniques to produce a white and blue visual demonstration of variation towards his own reflection within the concept of traditional Brooklyn artists.

Connection between William Gibson and Mona Lisa is typical of artists born in Brooklyn.

Charles was born in 1982 and drawing connections between him and others born in this year is very hard, yet I can always come up with some connections – I am sure that in 1982 born Brooklyn artists some also use blue and white colors. We can call this Brooklyn 1982 style.
